90 Massage Therapy
90 min therapeutic massage tailored to you and you're needs. To reduce muscular tension and stress. Makenzie uses a firm to medium pressure. Please communicate for lighter pressure. Makenzie is experienced in Cupping, Graston, Gua Sha and hot stones techniques.
2 hour Massage Therapy
120 min therapeutic massage tailored to you and you're needs. To reduce muscular tension and stress. Makenzie uses a firm to medium pressure. Please communicate for lighter pressure. Makenzie is experienced in Cupping, Graston, Gua Sha and hot stones techniques.
30 Minute mini session for target area
This is a 30-minute treatment made to target problem areas. Waking up with a knot in your shoulder or neck? Sudden migraine or back pain? This is what the 30- minute treatment is for.
Not for whole body massage, lymphatic drainage or foot scrubs.
Will accept Insurance for 30 minutes.
Reflexology
Foot Reflexology is a holistic approach to health and an effective preventative treatment for many common complaints, such as back pain, colds, sinus congestion, indigestion, headaches, kidney weakness and many other ailments.
A Reflexology treatment can improve and strengthen your general state of health, detoxify and strengthen your body, stimulate the immune system and provide profound relaxation. It will create that kind of balance in your physical functions that will enhance physical emotional and mental wellbeing.
With Reflexology, this modality cannot be mixed with a regular massage. This can go with Craniosacral and lymphatic drainage. I will be offering 60min and 90min along with light neck treatment and or craniosacral. If you would like this with lymphatic drainage, let the LMT know, 90 mins would be best for those two treatments. I am only trained at this time to work on the feet only.
